The IT organization (computerized) clinical model and is based almost exclusively on open software, renowned for stability and security it provides.

The design, implementation and support of the work undertaken by the company iopen (http://iopen.gr).

Regarding:

• The telephony is based on a call center that manages calls from
• 120 network (IP) phones
• 30 analog telephones
• 15 wireless (wifi) devices
• modern mobile phones, which can be installed specific communication applications
• On most computers the company installed Ubuntu Linux
• The intra-company communication is with instant messaging and e-mail
• The data is stored daily in dedicated server
• The financial part is supported by software company Ergobyte (http://www.ergobyte.gr)
• In each patient room is wired to the Internet
• Premises of the clinic is wireless network available to patients and visitors
• There are a total of 7 servers (6 to 1 with Linux and Windows) to manage the phone and network files and procedures for backup, the database of cameras and control the proper functioning of the network and devices.
